**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Interior/Architect Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design process from concept to completion. Drawing on your four years of experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, managing projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the successful execution of design concepts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management:

- Lead the design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to coordinate project deliverables.
- Design Development:

- Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Client Collaboration:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional requirements.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on client feedback to achieve a shared vision.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to support the professional development of team members.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant design software and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Budget Oversight:

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure design solutions align with budget constraints.
- Identify cost-effective design alternatives without compromising quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in interior and/or architectural design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successfully completed projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and a commitment to incorporating eco-friendly solutions is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
