**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing spaces and gather necessary measurements and information.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that reflect clients' preferences and project objectives.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the overall design concept, budget, and timeline.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Previous experience working as an Interior Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Revit.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) is preferred but not required.
