**Position Overview**:
As a 3D Designer at [Company Name], you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that bring design concepts to life. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Interpret design concepts and create detailed 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop visually appealing and functional designs.
- **Visualization**:

- Generate realistic and visually compelling renderings that effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Produce animations or walkthroughs to showcase the spatial experience of the designs.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and precise 2D drawings and plans.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in 3ds Max for 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other team members to integrate 3D designs into overall project plans.
- Provide support during the design development process, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality 3D models and renderings.
- Collaborate with project managers to align 3D designs with project timelines and requirements.
- **Innovation and Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design software advancements.
- Implement new techniques and technologies to enhance the quality of 3D design deliverables.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.**:

- **Minimum of [X years] of experience as a 3D Designer, with a focus on AutoCAD and 3ds Max.**:

- **Proven portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling and rendering projects.**:

- **Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max software.**:
