**Job Role**:
The Sales Officer for Poultry Equipments is a key player responsible for driving sales initiatives and expanding market share in the poultry industry and promoting poultry equipment to poultry firms, farmers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients and distributors.
- Execute effective sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Analyse market data to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of poultry equipment to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with the reporting manager to create promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and participate in product demonstrations.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, assisting them in understanding the functionality of poultry equipments.

- Coordinate with technical teams to address and resolve customer inquiries related to product usage and maintenance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyse data to derive insights and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
**Education and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of proven experience in sales of poultry equipment or a related industry.
**Skills Required**:
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the poultry equipment market, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in analysing market data and sales metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (CFT).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in poultry equipment sales, strong computer operating skills, and the ability to excel in a competitive market.
