**Job Role**:
The Head - Sales, Poultry Equipment is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the sales function for poultry equipment. This role involves formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, leading the sales team, and ensuring overall business growth. The incumbent will be instrumental in building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance objectives and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales techniques and negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyse market data and sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide strategic guidance on promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and participation in trade shows and product demonstrations.
- Offer technical expertise to clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of poultry equipment functionalities and benefits.
- Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to address customer inquiries related to product usage and maintenance.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to provide insights for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while optimizing sales operations.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within the poultry equipment or related industry.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the poultry equipment market, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in market data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.

This role requires a visionary sales leader who can shape and execute robust sales strategies, build strong industry relationships, and drive business growth in a competitive market.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
