- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate staff meetings and team-building activities.
- Support the planning and execution of company projects and monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,599.20 - ₹29,256.34 per month
