**Job Title: Customer Service Executive**
**Location**: Vasanthnagar, Bangalore (Onsite, Full-time)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with leads and assist customers with purchases and queries.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Share product details and promote women’s wellness solutions.
- (Bonus) Provide basic nutrition guidance if you have relevant experience or qualifications.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable handling **outbound and inbound phone calls**.
- Experience in customer support, telesales, or sales coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools and basic computer operations.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Nutrition or Health-related field is a plus).
- Strong listening skills and professional etiquette on phone and messaging platforms.
