**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Involving in understanding the needs of the business, defining the scope of the project, and identifying the features and functionality that are required.
2. Once the requirements are gathered, the Project Coordinator is responsible for documenting them in the SRS document.
3. This includes creating use cases, user stories, and other documentation that describes the intended user experience and the overall goals of the software system.
4. Responsible for reviewing the requirements with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and aligned with the goals of the project.
5. Responsible for managing these changes and ensuring that they are properly documented and communicated to the development team and stakeholders.
6. Responsible for ensuring that the SRS document is of high quality and that it meets the needs of the business and the stakeholders.
7. This includes ensuring that the requirements are clear, concise, and testable, and that they are properly prioritized and organized.
8. Responsible for tracking the progress of the development team against the requirements outlined in the SRS document.
9. This includes monitoring the status of development tasks, identifying, and addressing issues that arise, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
