Required English Language trainers on a contractual basis at Ajmer, Rajasthan.

**The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to**:

- Undergo a Train the Trainers Program to developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning module and teaching pedagogy
- Conducting Instructor Led Training sessions at the designated training center

Train a group of 30 teachers on functional English using digital content
- Ensuring online learning and practice sessions using Words Worth mobile app
- Analyzing improvement and progress by recording/collecting data in the prescribed formats.
- Ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% usage of the mobile app by the trainees
- Ensure that language proficiency of all the learners improve by 1 CEFR level
- Provide technical assistance to trainees on installation and usage of the mobile app

**Qualification & Experience**: Graduate with three years of teaching experience

**Required Skills**: A Pleasant Personality with Excellent written and verbal communication.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: ₹22,500.00 per month
