Customer Support Executive Role & Responsibilities: · Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always. · Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. · Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. · Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. · Handling queries from international customers on call, Email & social media. · Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, specifically US timelines. Requirements: · Excellent fluency in spoken German + Dutch · Capable of speaking in European accent (preferred) · Strong command over written German and Dutch · Min 2+ year of experience in providing support in respective Language · Candidate with experience of providing support to international customers on call or chat process will be preferred · Proven work experience of Customer interactions. · Hands on experience with MS Office and internet research · In-dept understanding of customer service practices · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English · Teamwork and motivational skills\ Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines. · Should be Flexible for Rotational Shifts and Rotational Weekly Offs · Good follow up skills We are a hardcore, fast-growth focused environment and a place where only dedicated, stable, dependable individuals who are willing to immerse themselves completely to this cause can thrive.
