**About The Role**

- **This is a field based role**_

This is a techno-marketing role. Here is an indicative list of responsibilities,
- You will help customer start their digital journey with the app installation and configuration
- Build and catalogue the profile of the digital customers
- Create marketing programs such as offers and promoting the offers with the retailer’s end-customers
- Engage the retailer to create new customer offers and to promote it
- Explain new product features and train the retailers to use the feature
- Constantly engage with the retailer to ensure app usage
- Update retailers with periodic reports and performance of their online store
- Support retailers with their online initiatives through Tarnea App
- Build referrals and positive testimonials from the retailers
- Execute outdoor promotions across residential societies, apartments in the neighbourhood and promote the online store of the pharmacy

**About you**
- You are a recent graduate in any stream. MBA would be an added advantage.
- You have a sound technical knowledge to handle mobile phones, install apps, handle social media configurations.
- You have 1-2 year of experience in providing technical support or pre-sales based on Android apps.
- You enjoy developing and maintaining deep professional relationships
- You are a people’s person and can easily befriend even strangers
- You are a good listener and would like to help people
- You are proficient in Tamil (for Chennai location)
- You have good written and verbal skills in basic English
- Go-getter attitude and brave enough to communicate with 40-50 people daily
- You have your 2-wheeler and love being outdoors

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
