- Knowledge of Advance Excel, MS- Word, Power Point.**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- The Incumbent should have between 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition role and should have preferably worked in a reputed company with progressive.
- Should have pleasant personality and good communication skills.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Financial**
- HR Analytics- To provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- To communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- To create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
**Customer Oriented**
- Campus Relationship & Hiring- To ensure holistic campus approach and adaptation of key processes across both Engineering & Graduate Campus and prioritizes work on behalf of the entire team.
- To assist TA Head in domestic campus expansion efforts
- To maintain relationships with college placement offices and key faculty members
**People Oriented**
- Recruitment (As & When Solicited)- To ensure Sourcing of CV’s through job portals, placement consultants, database, employee referrals, industry contacts & networking.
- To conduct the 1st round of telephonic Interviews.
- To coordinate the interview with selection committee.
- To ensure payment of travel reimbursement.
- To preserve recruitment records of future use.
**Internal Business Process**
- Employer Branding- To assist TA Head in developing innovative campaigns that build and enhance awareness of the company's employer brand on campus.
- To implement the digital/social media strategy (LinkedIn), monitor posts and manage our online communities using audience engagement tactics.
- To implement internal brand engagement activities.
- To drive employer branding activities and consistency in recruitment marketing communications in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communication Team.
- Newsletter- (Quarterly Activity)- To organize the meeting of editorial committee.
- To do the first proofread of the content and ensure that the content gets reviewed by VP HR.
- To make necessary correction as per reviewer comments. To release the Final Version of HR Newsletter to all Employees.
