**Job Title: Customer Service Associate**

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Work Schedule**: US Shift (5 days working with 2 rotational offs)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum HSC qualification with 1 year+ of on-paper customer service experience
- Graduate fresher can also apply
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace (for work from home)
- Willingness to work from office location in Malad (for office-based option)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services
- Assist customers with order placements, refunds, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
