The main responsibility would be to look after the finance and accounting of the firm.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Compilation of expenses and revenue for the organisation
- Preparation of Bank account
- Reconciliation of Bank account with expenses and revenues
- Reconciliation of expenses and incomes, debtors, bank balance, cash balance, capital
- CA Submissions - Bank account statement, bank account reconciliation, expense and revenue summary for each month
- Submission of invoices/back ups to CA- For GST and TDS
- Preparation of Invoices for all the clients
- Monthly Salary payment to employees and recording
- Calculation of Profit / loss for the Quarter
- Blackbox
- Collection of all the proofs of the expenses & revenues and reconcile
- Client Ledger management
- Coordination with CA for updates in compliance with MCA
- Preparation of budget expenses and revenues
- GST and TDS Monthly Pay
- GST and TDS return
- QUARTERLY
- Contracts for the Client & Employees & Freelancers
- Compiling and gathering employee details
- Issuing and collecting TDS Certifcates
- Form 11 and Form 8
- KYC and DSC of Partners
- ITR Annual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
