**Job Summary**: The Finance Intern will support the finance team with various tasks and

projects, providing valuable assistance while gaining practical experience in financial

analysis, reporting, and accounting. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking

to build a foundation in finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports to

support decision-making processes.
- Data Entry: Help with entering and maintaining financial data in accounting

software and spreadsheets.
- Transaction Processing: Support the processing of accounts payable and receivable,

ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial accounts.
- Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including monthly

summaries and variance analyses.
- Research: Conduct research and gather data for financial projects and reports.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as organizing financial

documents, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Learning and Development: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and

workshops to enhance financial knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,

Economics, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a

team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous internship or related experience in finance is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is an advantage.
