**About the Company**:

We are committed to fostering professional growth and development, and we are seeking an Accounts Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

Support the monthly and year-end closing processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Help with maintaining accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).

Assist in reconciling accounts, including bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.

Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Process data entry for financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Help in managing and organizing accounting files and documentation.

Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Assist in preparing tax-related documentation and reports.

Contribute to ad hoc accounting projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
