**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Explain course offerings, admission procedures, and other related details.
- Answer queries related to courses, fees, eligibility, and campus facilities.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and student details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admission and counseling teams as needed.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably in the education or service sector.
- Good verbal communication skills in [Insert local language] and English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
