**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Communication Intern to assist our team in developing and implementing effective communication strategies. The intern will support various tasks related to content creation, media outreach, social media management, and internal communication efforts to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading press releases, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Support the management of social media platforms by creating content calendars and engaging with followers.
- Conduct research on media outlets, industry trends, and target audiences.
- Help organize events, webinars, and campaigns to promote organizational initiatives.
- Monitor and report on media coverage and social media analytics.
- Support internal communication efforts through newsletters, memos, and updates.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects related to branding and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic knowledge of content management tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of media relations and press outreach.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for social media and website metrics.
