**Job Title**: IT Coordinator

**Location**: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and implement IT strategies and solutions to meet the organization's needs.
- Manage and maintain the organization's hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to staff.
- Monitor and manage data backup and recovery systems.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Train staff on new hardware and software systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. (BE/IT/MCA)
- 4-5 years of experience in IT coordination or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery systems.
- Knowledge of security and data protection policies.
- Ability to train staff on new hardware and software systems.
- Experience with vendor and service provider management.
