Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with requirements. The role involves researching and analyzing market trends, maintaining tender records, and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in tender management, bid preparation, and documentation
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the assistive technology sector is a plus
