We are seeking an enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our advertising agency as a 
Trainee – Team Lead
.

This role is designed for dynamic management students who aspire to build leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in client servicing, campaign execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing advertising and branding campaigns.
  • Coordinate between creative, design, and media teams for smooth project execution.
  • Support client servicing activities including presentations, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Learn and develop leadership skills to guide small project teams.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing in fresh and innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Management (recent graduate).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
  • Passion for advertising, branding, and creative communication.
