**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within the assigned section.
- Ensure all food items meet the required standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage mise-en-place efficiently to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen helpers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Assist in stock rotation, inventory control, and minimizing food waste.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment faults to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- **Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
