**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking team of professionals to join our Disruption & Innovations Team at Shriram General Insurance. This team will be responsible for disrupting the General Insurance industry by generating new age ideas and driving futuristic technological advancements. The team will work towards identifying and implementing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct extensive research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the General Insurance industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand customer pain points and develop innovative solutions. Brainstorm and ideate new products, services, and business models that can disrupt the General Insurance industry and provide a competitive edge. Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept, pilot testing experiments to evaluate the viability and potential impact of new ideas and technological advancements. Collaborate with external partners, startups, and technology vendors to explore potential partnerships and collaborations for innovative projects. Develop and maintain a network of industry experts, thought leaders, and academia to stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in the General Insurance and technology domains. Create and manage a roadmap for future innovations, setting clear objectives, milestones, and timelines for the team's projects. Lead the implementation and execution of innovation projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of implemented innovations, conducting regular assessments and making recommendations for improvements. Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to General Insurance and ensure compliance in all innovation initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a premiere institute only. Proven experience in research and development, innovation management, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, and Data Analytics. Experience in driving innovation and disruption through technology-enabled solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and generate out-of-the-box ideas. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders. Strong collaboration and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of innovation and inspire cross-functional teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new possibilities and challenging the status quo. Knowledge of General Insurance products, processes, and regulatory environment will be an added advantage.
