**Job Title: Manager - Digital Marketing**

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**:
Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.

Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of all online marketing efforts.

**Campaign Management**:
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

**Social Media Management**:
Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms.

Develop engaging and shareable content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all social channels.

**SEO and SEM**:
Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.

Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and other platforms.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

**Budget Management**:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI on digital campaigns.

**Team Leadership**:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
