Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned with business objectives, including design and development of curriculum, materials, and assessments.
- Presenting training sessions that are engaging and interactive to help participants retain information.
- Conducting needs assessments to understand what employees already know and what they need to learn next.
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs by conducting evaluations with participants and managers after a course has been completed.
- Coordinating with other members of the organizations training department to develop and deliver training programs.
- Providing individualized instruction to employees who need help mastering new skills or improving existing skills to perform their jobs more effectively.
- Creating resources to support learning objectives such as handouts, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, videos, or podcasts.
- Leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization.
- Monitor and give feedback on Accent & Soft Skills to agents on the Production Floor.
- Motivate and encourage the team on performance Ensure the Customer Satisfaction scores increase

Conduct short bursts of refresher training for agents on the floor at regular intervals Regularly addvalue to the team by teaching appropriate responses on calls, being sensitive to cultural issues.
- Participate in team huddles and give communication updates.
- Responsible for networking with the team, operations, and any other division when the need arises.
- Indulge in calibration process to ensure that all the voice coaches are in the same page.
- Documenting training progress and reporting it to training / Operations.
- Assist HR in recruitment and selection process for new hire.**Desired**
- Atleast 3-year exp in V&A/Soft skill training Good Interpersonal skills, open for night shifts

**Supports intra & inter function collaboration**
- Good Facilitation Skills & Presentation Skills
- Maintaining Data and MIS as per training BPMS /

**requirement**
- Should have classroom training experience
- Must possess good people management skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
