**Job Summary**

The_ **Loading Supervisor**_ is responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. They coordinate with warehouse staff, truck drivers, and logistics teams to optimize workflow and minimize delays.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision & Coordination**:

- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assign tasks to loading staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers, logistics teams, and drivers.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper handling of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and training for loading staff.
- **Quality Control & Inventory Management**:

- Verify the accuracy of loaded goods against invoices and manifests.
- Inspect packaging and loading methods to prevent damage.
- Maintain records of loaded and unloaded goods.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Plan and organize loading schedules to minimize delays.
- Optimize space utilization in trucks and containers.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- **Equipment & Maintenance**:

- Ensure loading equipment (forklifts, conveyors, etc.) is in proper working condition.
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the relevant department.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of loading techniques and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, warehouse management systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Work Environment**
- Mostly warehouse-based with exposure to outdoor loading areas.
- May require working in shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:
