**Job Title: General Laborer**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Preparation and Maintenance**:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining work sites, including cleaning and organizing tools and materials.
- Set up and dismantle equipment and temporary structures as needed.
- **Material Handling**:

- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from work areas.
- Assist in moving and stacking materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- **General Assistance**:

- Support skilled workers by carrying out tasks such as digging, mixing, and assembling materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- **Manual Labor**:

- Perform physical tasks that require strength and endurance, such as lifting, carrying, and operating hand tools.
- Assist in various types of manual labor, depending on project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure work is performed to the required standards and specifications.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and address any concerns.
- Follow instructions and feedback to improve work performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:anyone can apply, (male only)
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a laborer or similar role is an advantage but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry.
- Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

**Physical Requirements**:
