**Operating CNC Machines**:Setting up and operating CNC machines, including VMCs, to perform various machining operations like drilling, milling, cutting, and shaping.
- **Programming and Setup**:Translating engineering drawings and specifications into machine programs, setting up tools and fixtures, and configuring machine parameters.
- **Machine Maintenance**:Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- **Quality Control**:Inspecting and measuring finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, identifying and resolving any issues.
- **Safety**:Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines when operating CNC machines, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- **Documentation**:Keeping records of production runs, machine settings, and any maintenance or repairs performed.
- **Communication**:Communicating with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders regarding production progress, issues, and quality concerns.
- **Material Handling**:Loading and unloading materials, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized work area.
- **Problem Solving**:Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the machining process, troubleshooting machine problems, and recommending improvements.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- **CAD/CAM Software**: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and designing parts.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- **Metrology**: Knowledge of measuring tools and techniques for inspecting parts.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the machining process.

Pay: ₹12,100.00 - ₹16,400.00 per month
