We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Finance Analyst (LFA) to join our team As an LFA, you will be reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager. If you have a passion for process efficiency, team management, and cross-functional collaboration, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee Financial Functions: Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Reconciliations/Reporting/CRM and other activities for designated territories, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and career growth
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various countries. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation to achieve common objectives
- Process Efficiency and Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Utilize best practices and innovative solutions to optimize workflows
- Deliverables Management: Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and compliance
- Functional and System Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of financial functions and systems
- Problem Solving and Stakeholder Support: Address issues and provide support to stakeholders. Develop strategies to resolve challenges and improve overall performance
- Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate resources to maximize productivity. Monitor and adjust resource distribution as needed
- Consistency in Processes and Policies: Ensure consistency in financial processes and policies across the organization. Regularly review and update procedures to maintain alignment with best practices
