**Job Title: Sales Executive - Franchise Sales**
**Location**: Coimbatore.
**Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in Sales (Franchise sales/Restaurant sales preferred)
**Languages**: Tamil & English (Hindi & Malayalam are an added advantage)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Franchise Sales**: Identify and connect with potential franchise partners to promote Bocs Pizza, Feast Pizza, and Zutail.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up**: Generate leads through **social media campaigns, online ads, and inbound inquiries**, and follow up to close deals.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Sales Head.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential locations for franchise expansion.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide daily and weekly sales updates to the Sales Head.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience in sales** (Franchise sales or restaurant industry preferred).
- **Strong communication and convincing skills.**:

- **Experience in handling leads from social media and online ads.**:

- **Fluency in Tamil & English** (Hindi & Malayalam will be an advantage).
- **Goal-Oriented & Target-Driven.**:

- **Basic knowledge of restaurant/franchise operations** is a plus.
- **Good negotiation and follow-up skills.**
