**Customer Interaction and Sales**: Greet customers, understand their interior design needs, and offer suitable solutions based on the showroom's products and services. Guide them through the selection process, offering product demonstrations, and closing sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s product range, including furniture, fixtures, materials, and interior decor items. Be able to explain product features, benefits, and options to customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the showroom. This may involve creating personalized sales strategies, following up on leads, and maximizing upsell opportunities.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service before, during, and after the sale. Address any customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized. Assist in arranging products, displays, and ensuring stock availability.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries, quotes, and after-sales support to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Coordination with Design Team**: Collaborate with the design team to create design proposals and ensure that customer expectations align with product availability and design constraints.
- **Sales Reports**: Prepare and submit sales reports, track performance, and forecast future sales trends.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
