**Salary**: Annual CTC - 3.0-3.6 Lakhs

**Job Type**: Full Time

Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent Technical know-how

Job Location: On-Site, Bangalore Only

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (10:00 am-06:30 pm)

**Mandatory Job Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Minimum experience: 2-3 years
- Proven working experience in warehouse & inventory management with preference to e-commerce industry
- Basic computer skills including MS-Excel
- Effective English communication skills
- Good command on Kannada Language
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.

**Responsibilities to be handled**:

- Supervising & managing warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Order processing for multiple e-commerce platforms on daily basis
- Tracking and co-ordinating receipt, storage & receipts for timely delivery of orders
- Ordering packaging supplies & maintaining suitable inventories
- Checking orders, bills, returns, inventory & deliveries for accuracy
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and picking/packing of Ecommerce orders.
- Managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Implementing efficient warehouse processes and best practices to optimize productivity and reduce errors.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce order processing systems and software to ensure seamless order management.
- Coordinating with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate order shipments
- Handling customer returns, sales returns, and managing the reverse logistics process effectively.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
