**Position Summary**:
As a **Customer Care Executive** at Chemmanur Credits and Investments Ltd., you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while driving the sales of our financial products. Your responsibilities will include achieving product-specific targets, managing day-to-day gold loan operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance—all while maintaining strong client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target Achievement**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across products:
- **Gold Loans**:
- **Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)**:
- **Subordinate Debt (SDs)**:
- **Health Insurance**:
- **Hospicash**:
- **Life Insurance**, and other cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with branch staff to meet overall team targets.
**2. Customer Service & Relationship Management**
- Provide timely, polite, and solution-focused service to customers.
- Handle queries, address complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build trust and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
**3. Gold Loan Operations**
- Accurately appraise gold using purity testing and valuation methods.
- Follow up on loan renewals, interest payments, and repayments.
**4. Cross-Selling & Product Promotion**
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products.
- Educate customers on features, benefits, and terms of various offerings.
**5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation**
- Follow **RBI guidelines**, **KYC norms**, and internal compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and handle customer data with confidentiality.
**6. Reporting & Coordination**
- Update the Loan Management System (LMS) regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Liaise with other departments to address customer or operational needs.
**7. Skill Development & Team Support**
- Participate in continuous learning programs and skill enhancement workshops.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
