Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendor partners. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and support.
- Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they understand our expectations and processes. Provide ongoing training and resources to vendors to enhance their performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance against established KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with vendors.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that vendors comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Identify potential risks within vendor partnerships and develop mitigation strategies.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for vendor partnership growth. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve vendor performance and satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, trends, and insights to management. Analyze vendor data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in [industry-specific knowledge or experience, e.g., technology, manufacturing, etc.].
- Familiarity with vendor management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor management, partnership development, or a related area.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
