Position Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Chennai

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.

Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Facilitate regular updates and communication with hiring managers regarding the status of open positions.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to recruitment and employment.

Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels and initiatives.

Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice within the industry.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully filling non-IT roles, such as project managers, site supervisors, architects, engineers, sales professionals, and administrative staff.

**Skills**:Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
