**Job Description of NON IT RECRUITER**

A **NON IT Recruiter** is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company they are employed by. Recruiters source and reach out to talent and ensure they’re a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Education**:Graduate or Post-Graduate, with a willingness to commit a minimum of **2 years in NON IT Recruiter.**

**Skills**:

- **Strong communication skills, both oral and written.**:

- **Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Bulk hiring, Volume Hiring, Sales Hiring, END - TO - END Recruiter**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
