**Job Title** : HR Recruiter

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months - 1 year (Non IT or IT)

**Salary**: 13k to 20k

**Shift**: General shift : 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday Fixed week off (Alternate Saturday's off)

**Location**: Madhavaram, Chennai.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.

6. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Non IT or IT recruitment (1+ year preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
