**Post**:BusinessSupport Executive(back-office).
- **Job Description(Role & Responsibilities)**:

- Back-office support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Co-ordination with customers & sales team, samples dispatch, logistics, communication, etc.
- Personal Assistance(PA) & documentation work for the Founder.
- CRM configuration & database up-dation and management on day-to-day basis.
- Website content management.
- Digital asset management. Application of digital tools like AI, etc., to increase productivity. Web research, etc.
- Maintaining accurate records, both physical and digital, and organizing and archiving documents and files.
- Researching market trends and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Hard & smart working.
- Strong bridge b/w field and office team/management.
- CoreBack-officeperson, Female/ Male with 3-6 years experience in similar work.
- Schooling should be in English medium.
- Physically fit & non-smoker.
- Stationed in Ahmedabad.
- Age: Preferably 28-30yrs, but not more than 35yrs.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, especially writing/drafting in English language and speaking English.
- Strong co-ordination & PA skills.
- Sharp & accurate. Good grasping skills, fast-learner.
- Good understanding & experience in working with IT tools: CRM, presentation, softwares, etc.
- Good execution skills, Doer, go-getter.
- Data acquisition skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Reports to** Business Development Head & Founder.
- Job Location: at City office premises off CG Road.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
