Position: Technical Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Assist customers in navigating software applications and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and product features to provide accurate support.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction.
  • Visit client sites to handle troubleshooting, support, and installation activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Science in Information Technology (MSc. IT), or Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology (BE.IT).
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems is required.
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for technology.
