Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Video Editing:

- Edit raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions, pacing, and continuity.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine edits and meet project objectives.
- Color correct and adjust footage to maintain visual consistency and enhance overall quality.
- Organize and manage media assets efficiently for easy retrieval and collaboration.

2. Motion Graphics and Visual Effects:

- Create engaging motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and animations to complement video content.
- Implement visual effects such as compositing, green screen keying, and particle simulations.
- Utilize Adobe After Effects and other tools to add dynamic elements and enhance storytelling.

3..Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with creative teams, including directors, producers, and designers, to understand project goals and requirements.
- Communicate effectively to brainstorm ideas, present concepts, and incorporate feedback throughout the production process.
- Adapt to changing priorities and timelines while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to address any errors or inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continually improve skills and techniques.

5. Software Proficiency:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with other editing and motion graphics software/tools is a plus.
- Stay informed about software updates and new features to maximize efficiency and capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphics designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of video production workflows, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

**Education**:
