**Job Description: Film Editor for OTT Platform**

**Position**: Film Editor
**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit film and video content to create polished, engaging content for the OTT platform.
- Work closely with the creative team to understand the project requirements and ensure the final edit aligns with the vision.
- Ensure smooth transitions, correct pacing, and proper flow to make the content visually appealing.
- Collaborate with sound designers and music editors to ensure seamless audio-visual harmony.
- Maintain the quality of footage, audio, and visual elements throughout the editing process.
- Meet project deadlines and maintain high attention to detail in all edits.
- Review the final product with the creative team for feedback and revisions.
- Stay updated with the latest editing software and trends in the OTT and film industry.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Film Editor, with a strong portfolio of previous work in the OTT or film industry.
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video formats, compression, and encoding for OTT platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in an OTT platform or similar digital content environment.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (After Effects, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
