Job description

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for digital marketing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building relationships over the phone? If so, we want you to join our team as a Tele Sales Representative with knowledge of digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our digital marketing solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.
- Identify and qualify leads through active listening and probing questions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Digital marketing knowledge a plus point
