We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as District/ Project/ Local Area Coordinators for our English for Gram program. **Required Qualification**:

**Job Description, Work, and Responsibilities**:

- Daily Calling and Communication: You will engage in daily calls to each village in your assigned district. During these calls, you will introduce the English for Gram program and its objectives. Your communication skills (Marathi) will be vital in generating interest and seeking support for our initiative projects.
- **Training Support**: Once the village coordinators are selected, you will ensure their active participation in the training sessions. You may provide guidance and support as needed, ensuring they are equipped to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
- **Motivation and Support**: Maintain regular communication with the village coordinators, offering motivation and support to enhance their performance and drive better results.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of your daily work, including calls made, leads generated, and relevant information. Submit a daily work report before 8 PM, allowing us to monitor progress and plan future strategies.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Village Representative, village coordinators, and other stakeholders. Collaborate effectively and establish a foundation for future follow-ups and successful initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
