**Experience**:

- Total experience:

- 3 years of experience working as a South Indian Chef, or similar role.
- Minimum experience:

- 1-2 years of experience working as a South Indian Chef in a professional kitchen.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- knowledge of regional variations in South Indian cuisine.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and chutneys.
- Develop and update menus, ensuring a balance of traditional and contemporary South Indian offerings.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes served.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in preparing a wide range of South Indian dishes.
- Strong knowledge of spices, herbs, and other ingredients commonly used in South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of regional variations in South Indian cuisine.
- Experience managing kitchen operations and leading a team of culinary professionals.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
