Job Summary:
As a Field Boy at our corporate gifting company, person has to ensure the seamless execution of daily operational task. He will be responsible for managing fieldwork related to the procurement and delivery of products, as well as providing support for office tasks on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, one must have own bike and be highly organized, dependable, and proactive in carrying out responsibilities. Must be street smart, energetic, and should possess good negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and deliver products/materials to suppliers and clients
- Maintain documentation and logs for all field activities
- Monitor stock & conduct inventory counts at warehouse
- Perform quality checks and report issues
- Assist with packing, filing, and courier tasks in-office
- Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients
- Log mileage, expenses, and field observations
- Adhere to safety, traffic rules, and company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with a valid driver’s license and personal bike
- Previous fieldwork or delivery experience is beneficial
- Familiar with Delhi traffic and routes
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)

**Working Conditions**:

- Mostly outdoor driving and site visits
- Standard hours with occasional flexibility
- Company-provided safety gear and training

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
