**Reports To**: Medical Superintendent/Director of Nursing Services

**Salary**:30,000**/-to Upto **40,000**/- per Month.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Nursing Superintendent** to lead our nursing team with compassion, discipline, and clinical expertise.
You will be responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care, staff coordination, and ensuring high standards of patient service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all **nursing care** and activities across the **hospital.**
- Lead, motivate, and support **nursing staff to deliver safe, efficient,** and **compassionate care.**
- Ensure adherence to **hospital policies, nursing protocols**, and **statutory regulations.**
- Maintain clinical proficiency to guide patient care planning, treatment, and **nursing interventions.**
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and **conflict resolution.**
- Conduct **regular rounds, audits,** and evaluations to improve care quality and **unit performance.**
- Promote continuous **nursing education**, skill-building, and professional growth.
- Foster a **culture of** **accountability, empathy**, and excellence in the nursing unit.

**Experience**:
10-15 years in clinical and administrative nursing.

**Qualification**:
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing, registered with State Nursing Council

**Work Environment**:
Shift-based with on-call responsibilities as needed
Fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting.
