About the Role:

We're looking for a committed and capable Medical Superintendent to lead our hospital's clinical and operational functions.
This is a leadership role that requires balancing the demands of patient care, team management, compliance, and hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily clinical operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, and diagnostic services.

· Lead medical, nursing, and paramedical teams with efficiency and empathy.

· Ensure adherence to MCI/NMC, NABH/NABL, and other relevant healthcare regulations.

· Manage hospital operations, budgeting, and cost-effectiveness across departments.

· Oversee quality assurance, patient safety, biomedical waste, and infection control protocols.

· Handle medico-legal cases and maintain proper documentation.

· Organize CMEs, audits, and team development programs.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and best practices.

· Serve as the point of contact for health authorities and compliance bodies.

Qualifications:

· MBBS (mandatory) with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Hospital Administration (MHA/MD Hospital Admin/MBA Healthcare).

· Valid registration with MCI/NMC.

Experience:

· Minimum 12-20 years of clinical experience, with vast experience in a hospital leadership role.

· Experience in multispecialty, NABH-accredited, or government hospital settings preferred.
