We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Thomsun Group of Companies (Head Quartered in Dubai, UAE). As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, introduce them to our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating sales leads and closing deals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Keep detailed records of interactions with customers in the CRM system and update them regularly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
