**Job Title**: Closing Manager (Real Estate)

**Experience** : 1 to 2 Years

**Location**: Chembur, Kanjurmarg.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the closing process for real estate transactions from contract to settlement.
- Review contracts, addendums, and other related documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Schedule and conduct closing meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are present and informed.
- Prepare closing statements, settlement statements, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with title companies and other third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.
- Maintain organized files and records of all transactions for future reference.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the closing process.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations that may impact the closing process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate closing or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and real estate transaction software.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
