**Job Title**: IT Sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Pitch Customization**: Tailor **sales pitches** to meet the specific needs of potential clients, using your **persuasive communication** skills to present IT solutions effectively.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and prioritize leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of potential deals. Optimize the sales process with **sales automation tools** to increase efficiency.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Implement **upselling** and **cross-selling** strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients by identifying additional solutions that meet their needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Use your **negotiation skills** to overcome objections, drive deals forward, and implement **closing techniques** to finalize contracts and secure new business.
- **Customer Engagement & Relationship Management**: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, using **empathetic engagement** and **rapport-building** to foster trust and retention.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle any conflicts or concerns raised by clients with a calm, solution-focused approach. Use your **conflict resolution** skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Proactive Follow-Up**: Consistently follow up with leads and customers to ensure that no opportunity is missed. Use **follow-up mastery** to maintain engagement and drive sales conversions.

**Qualifications**:
